Prestige Capital Management Limited, founded in 2011 and owned by senior management, is a Malta-based firm that has historically operated as a specialist investment management boutique, focusing on international alternative investment strategies.

The Company forms part of the wider Prestige network, comprising several entities under common ownership and control.

The Company has significantly reduced its regulated activities and is currently focused on managing legacy matters. It continues to provide limited operational, administrative and support services to a small number of international fund managers, wealth managers, asset managers and financial intermediaries.

Prestige Capital Management Limited is authorised and regulated by the Malta Financial Services Authority (MFSA) and operates under its own full scope Authorised Alternative Investment Fund Managers Directive (AIFMD) licence.
